Which part of your history?
Most people don't want all of it. Search for the project or part of your life you care about — this is a plain text search over your own export, it's free, and you can change it as many times as you like. Only what you tick here is ever read by a model.

This takes a while for a large selection. You can leave this view — it keeps going, and nothing is written to your memory until you come back and review it.
Where should your memories live?
One cortex is fine — everything you chose goes there. Or split into a few: give each a name and a few words about what belongs in it, and Eve reads those to sort your conversations into them. You review and adjust before anything is read.

Eve suggested a home for each conversation from what you told it. Change any that look wrong — this is the sort, so getting it right here means your memories land in the right place. Nothing is read until you continue.
